They were pretty good. They installed it great. Everybody was great. The only thing is that I don't believe that we needed that high of a system that we purchased. I think that something lesser would have been just as good for 1,800 square feet. I think we could've gotten by with lesser money. The system is awesome; sometimes a little bit too powerful. I would definitely look into them for another large item purchase. I would say to just make sure that you need everything they are recommending.

Costco Wholesale Corp are very professional and we had to return it but not because of anything they did. It was not appropriate for the time. We did check out another hearing aids place and as far as professionalism and explanation of the product went, Costco was way above. I would go to Costco for hearing aids.

Have purchased numerous frames and lenses from them. Service has been very quick and friendly. Malinda and Kevin were especially helpful.
