Extremely satisfied with all details of this roofing project. I interviewed numerous roofing companies for a bid and their recommendation to repair or reroof an existing but neglected foam roof. Bill Hansen, owner of Cool Roof was the most straight forward and easy to work with of the 7 or 8 representatives I talked to. Bill and two employees prepped the roof by chipping and grinding any areas that might be a problem for adhesion. After the hard work of prepping Bill himself did the spraying of foam and the two coats of elastomeric coating. Working with us (new homeowners and new to the area) seemed to be top priority for this company. They invited me and welcomed me on the roof to see progress and explain the process they were going through. Clean up and respect for the surrounding property was above and beyond what you would expect a company to perform. I know I sound like I must be a relative or an employee of Cool Foam but a visit to their web site was the first I had ever heard of this company. Yes I did use Angie's list to find other roofing companies to bid the project but in the end this company was the right choice for us.
