Cloud 9 Window Washing is now extremely recommended by me! They took an appointment same day, even with a busy schedule. Zachery was alone and worked hard to do a perfect job. He even had to install the sun screens because the clips were removed for house painting. He is a very thoughtful man! I plan to tell friends, family, and neighbors about him!!

WENT VERY BADLY. AT OFFICE, ONE PERSON CLEANED WINDOWS OK, BUT SAID THAT THE "WORK ORDER" DID NOT INCLUDE SCREEND AND WANTED 50% MORE FOR THOSE. WHEN I SHOWED HIM THE WRITTEN QUOTE, HE CALLED THE "BOSS" WHO APOLOGIZED AND SAID CLEANER WOULD RETURN ANOTHER DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE DID AND DID A GOOD JOB.

OUR HOUSE WAS SCHEDULED THE NEXT WEEK. THE SAME PERSON SHOWED UP ALONE TO CLEAN THE WINDOWS. AGAIN HIS "ORDER" NEGLECTED TO STATE THE SCREENS. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE WAS SENT ALONE TO CLEAN WINDOWS AND REMOVE SCREENS THAT ARE 21 FEET HIGH WITH ONE UNSTABLE LADDER, EVEN THOUGH THE "BOSS" VISITED THE HOME TO GIVE US A QUOTE. THAT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT CLOUD 9 IS A "BOOKING" AGENCY AND THEY HIRE SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO THE WORK. BOTH THIS SUB AND I AGREED THAT ONE PERSON WOULD BE AT GREAT RISK OF INJURY TO TRY TO DO THIS JOB. OUR PRIOR WINDOW CLEANER USED SPECIAL LADDERS AND A CREW OF THREE.

I could not have been happier with Cloud9's services. They were polite when scheduling and through in their work. I had them clean both exterior windows and screens. I received several quotes and they were the most reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody

When I first called to make the appointment the owner  was very willing to meet my needs and answered all my questions. Always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner. The fellow that came to perform the job was on time, actually a bit earlier but called ahead to see if we were okay with an early arrival, which was fine.  He was professional and did a fantastic job.  I would certainly call Cloud Nine for future window cleaning.

I called and talked with Sam to see if they could possibly come the next day, as I was trying to get the windows cleaned before the carpet was cleaned.  I was delighted when he said they could!  Jeff called and said there had been a cancel/rebook, and he could arrive earlier.  Showed up on time, was really very nice, did a great job on the windows, screens and tracks.  I am SO glad I booked the service with the 3 day rain guarantee, because sure enough, it did rain.  He came out 2 days later, touched things up and they look fabulous.  From the initial conversation with Sam, all the way through to Jeff cleaning, I experienced fantastic customer service, politeness and a job very well done.  I will absolutely call them the next time my windows needed to be cleaned.

They showed up on time and well prepared. They were friendly, very thorough, and professional at all times! The windows are sparkling inside and out.  And the screens look like new. I will use Josh and Cloud 9 again! And I highly recommend them to anyone!

I was contacted, scheduled the service for today and Jeff even showed up a little early.  He did an excellent job, even went above and beyond what I expected.  I will recommend this service to my friends!

IT WENT WELL.   ALL WINDOWS WERE CLEANED AS EXPECTED

Sam was very responsive to my questions through the list and email.  He helped get me scheduled and saved me more by taking a percentage off for using their website to schedule.  You can go to their site and get an estimate based on number of windows, screens and the "filth factor" of the windows.  Mine had not been cleaned in years. They even do pressure washing if needed.  Josh and crew showed up right on time ready to work.  They had a big job to complete and managed to do it very well.  The windows and sunscreens had not been cleaned for a couple of years (ok, maybe 5).  They were beyond filthy.  I couldn't believe the difference once they were done.  the windows are spotless and the sunscreens look brand new.  Josh asked me to walk around and do a final inspection so that he could touch up anything that I might find.  Amazing work.

They have an online system where I can get an immediate quote. My quote was accurate for a 4,000 square foot home and I got more for my money than what I thought I would. It was a good thing that I was getting an immediate response. The online service was a little confusing though and that is the only negative that I had. It is nice to have a ballpark estimate right away to start with, but it was kind of tough to figure out the size and what they would consider a window. They did a really good job and the owner was really nice. They were extremely punctual and came out the next day. He came on site to make sure the quote was accurate. The owner assured me that if I would have called them about any issues, they will come out to fix that. Overall it was a positive experience.

This was the first time I have used them. I called them and got a voice mail. I left a voice mail, but did not hear anything back for about a day and a half so I called back again. We the did set the appointment and the gentleman was right on time. The gentleman who did the work was nice and professional. I thought he did a good job.

Cloud 9 Windows did a fantastic job.  I actually found them through a referral and went to their website and booked online.  They showed up as expected and didn't upsell me.  They made my sunscreens look new again and even applied some sort of product on them that makes them shiny and black again.  The windows are very clean for the first time in a long time.  Very friendly and fantastic job.

We get our windows professionally cleaned about twice a year and this last time I went with Cloud 9 Windows because I saw their crew cleaning one of my neighbor's windows and I asked for a card.   
From my initial contact I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company.  Setting up my appointment and getting a quote was pretty easy and straight forward with their online booking process on their website.  The quote that they gave me was reasonably priced and the services included in the price were specifically detailed, which I really appreciated. 
On the day of service the crew showed up right on time, to the minute.  The main person in the crew was friendly and professional.  The crew got right to work and when they finished, everything looked great.  I think Cloud 9 did a good job at setting expectations and being upfront with their pricing and process.   I look forward to using them again in a few months.
