Classic Car Spa

The bed of the truck had leaves and dirt after I left the truck with them for 5 hours. There were streaks on the bumper. I left it with them to clean it. They never called me to tell me the truck was ready. . When I came back there was an oily film in the bed which still had a lot of dirt. They didn't bother to vac and wipe it down well. They also didn't remove the streaks in the bumper. The mats were in the bed of the truck. I ran my finger in one of the vents and it turned my finger black so they hadn't done the vents like promised. The door jams, grille and outside mirrors were dirty too. I let them clean it and I too k the truck. As soon as I got in the sun I realized the windshield and right window were dirty. The windshield still had the wiper marks on it. And it had overspray on it. I took the truck back again. The oil on the dash was sprayed heavily and not wiped down well. I asked the manager about the bumper streaks and he said it couldn't be fixed because it was streaked under the chrome. As I was leaving he said it could be cleaned with chrome polish. Wasn't that their job?
