THEY WERE NOT PREPARED, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. AFTER THE JOB, I NOTICED THAT THE DRAIN STOPPER WAS DAMAGED AND HE FIXED IT POORLY AFTER I POINTED IT OUT.

DISCOUNT DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH THIS PROJECT. DESPITE THE FACT THAT A REROUTE BETWEEN TWO FLOORS OF A HOME IS VERY DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE IN SOME CASES, THEY PERFORMED THE JOB WITH A MINIMUM OF DISRUPTION OR MESS. THEY INSTALLED MAYBE 70-80 FEET OF PIPE THROUGH THE CEILINGS BY CUTTING ONLY 9 RELATIVELY SMALL (1'X2') HOLES IN THE DRYWALL. DISCOUNT MADE A VERY DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE.

THEY FOUND THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACED EACH AREA THAT WAS DRIPPING OR LEAKING.
