the work exceeded expectations...a great outcome

Good price, but poor attention to detail such as cutting in, removal electrical plates to paint - instead getting paint on plates. Were asked to paint a bathroom door with wheelchair scuffs. Did not cover requiring re-work by owner. Rework for cutting in was completed but still not a professional finish.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out really great. It was perfect! I didn't spend more than the Big Deal. These 2 guys came in and just worked. They didn't goof off at all. They just worked and got the job done. It was great. I will absolutely use them again.

I got the total price for the work which ended up being about $775. They deducted the coupon from that price, but they put the value at $320.00. I thought the value was $350 and I showed them that the value should be that. He changed the value from $320 to $350. I told him I have two of them. Instead of raising it from 350 to 700 he put it at 529. He just continually keeps adding more prices. His total price says that his total price includes all labor, paint, and material.

"The proposal total was $775 including labor AND paint. The Angie's List storefront coupon stated that it was for labor only and did not include the cost of paint. The total amount of labor in the proposal was $529.00. All proposals clearly state that the total price includes up to 4 colors and there is a $75 charge for each additional color. The customer elected to use 5 colors. This is the exact verbiage copied from the customer's proposal: "Purchased 2 Angie's List offers, 16 hours of labor total. All labor to do the painting of the walls in the living room, downstairs bath, upstairs bath and master bath will be covered with the Angie's List program. Paint is not included. Based on color selections, estimate 8 gallons of paint will be needed due to the number of colors. 8 gallons at $27.50 $220.00 Sales tax of 7.5% will be charged on the paint and Angie's List purchases. $42.75 Total due at completion $262.75 I've tried to explain this to the customer two times and I reached out to the customer again and have not heard back from them."

Randy came to give me an estimate. I explained what I wanted and included the baseboards (but only where they could be seen). Randy also gave me an estimate (per hour) incase I needed the painter longer than the specified time. Additionally, he gave me an estimate for the outside of my house.
Although it took a couple of weeks to match up our times, two painters arrived (total 4 hours) to complete the job. The painters where prompt and did an excellent job.

Randy was extremely personable during the quoting process and wanted to meet our needs and desires on the project.
With that in mind, he and the crew did a beautiful job, repairing the stucco and trim, preping and painting the house. The transition between the pop outs and the main body of the house is sharp and clean. The paint is beautiful and they made sure we were happy with the results.
We also had a few repairs on the inside and they did an amazing job matching the existing textures and making straight lines in the transitions.
I would highly recommend them to others and have talked with my neighbors about the amazing job that they did.

March 31 at 6PM MT my wife and I walked into our son's home, which was being previously rented, .
The renters were working through a "property manager" that my son paid monthly.
My son's house was a shocking mess.
First was paint. A local contractor suggested CertaPro of Gilbert. The first person I talked to was Randy Bressler of CertaPro Of Gilbert.
He was very thorough and detailed the CertaPro way. He quoted the job, and we got a couple other respectable quotes.
One was more and one was less, but Randy Bressler was the difference. I was on a very tight schedule and trusted he would meet the deadline. We were hoping for 4 days and they beat the deadline by a full day. This allowed the flooring to get started early as well.
The paint job was flawless. Every corner sharp, every wall looked the same. Not a bleed through in any spot and we did challenge them in a few areas. They left No trash throughout the entire 3 days of furious professional effort. I was advised on a daily basis what was going to be accomplished that day. I was contacted after the project had been completed for a couple of weeks to check if we had noticed anything since moving in. The communication was otherworldly.
I appreciate the serious and professional manner my small project was handled.
I greatly appreciate the local contractor who suggested CertaPro of Gilbert and Mr Bressler.
