Tom (the owner) came to my house, looked at the roof (was surprised by the poor job that was done by the installer in both the original construction and how they were trying to fix the leak). He gave me a price, told me he would fix it when he had time. My husband and I removed all the "mess" that the installer had done in trying to fix it -- it saved us money. I did have to call him to remind him once -- but he had been busy (this was a small job) and it had also been raining. After I called, he came out with his helper, spent 3 hours and fixed the leaks! It rained this past weekend and not one drop of water! It took him 3 hours to fix what it took the installer almost 3 years and many many unsuccessful tries to fix!
