pool cleaners
 + -1 moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NO RETURN CALLS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT COMMUNICATION WOULD MEAN THE WORLD.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY HAD DONE MY POOL MAINTENANCE FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL THIS SUMMER WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP OR WAS HERE FOR ONLY 15 MINUTES. MANY PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES WERE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. MY POOL TURNED GREEN AND I ADDED 5 BAGS OF SHOCK AND CHLORINE TABS. I HAVE HAD TO SINCE CONTACT A POOL REPAIR PERSON AND WILL HAVE TO PAY APPROXIMATELY $400 TO ADJUST THE CHEMICALS. IT WILL ALSO INCLUDE DRAINING THE POOL AT THE WORST TIME OF THE YEAR. IN MY MESSAGES I ALWAYS ASKED IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND SERVICE COULD NOT BE CONTINUED. I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RECOUP THE ADDITIONAL COSTS I AM HAVING TO BEAR.
