 + -1 moreBrian located a long list of potential investment properties and sent the details to us by e-mail. From there we selected properties that looked interesting. Financing details were then put together by Brian and sent to us for examination. When we found properties we liked we made offers, Brian sent the counter-offers to the sales agent and handles negotiations for us from a distance. )We're in So. Cal. Brian in Phoenix.) He even went so far as to save, literally, more than a thousand dollars off the (what was said to be "firm") asking price. I will definately ask Brian for help with any future property purchaes and management in the Phoenis area.
Description of Work: Brian was very helpful to my brother and myself in finding investment property Phoenix and surrounding area. Within a month we had bth found property for inveting. Teh sales transaction went through very quickly, smoothly and all documents were processed quickly. Brian was also helpful in locating contractors for upgrades and repairs to the houses. The refurbishments went very quickly and a renter was found within ONE month of being put on the market.
