Brian located a long list of potential investment properties and sent the details to us by e-mail. From there we selected properties that looked interesting. Financing details were then put together by Brian and sent to us for examination. When we found properties we liked we made offers, Brian sent the counter-offers to the sales agent and handles negotiations for us from a distance. )We're in So. Cal. Brian in Phoenix.) He even went so far as to save, literally, more than a thousand dollars off the (what was said to be "firm") asking price. I will definately ask Brian for help with any future property purchaes and management in the Phoenis area.
