My Honda CR-V got bumped while parked. Only a small chip on the paint of the right front finder, with no dents at all, , but the black rubber bumper cover was loosened and hung down a bit on that side. God looser by driving it home. Apparently had some clips lost or damaged, so it was no longer securely attached.. My dealer has a body repair shop, but they did not call me back when I left a message stating the problem. Called Body Pro and talked to Tony, who said they do body repair for Superstition Springs Honda so have all parts and know the problem well. He said if I come in first thing in the morning, they will replace the clips for nothing and give me an estimate for the chipped paint
I was there when they opened the next morning and they replaced the clips securing the bumper at no cost, quoted me a price for the paint repair, explaining what would have to be done to do a repair that would not show. I decided I would try a little touch up paint before considering actual repainting.
I would recommend talking with them before deciding on a garage for any collision work. Based on my experience with them I will go back when and if I have any serious auto body work. They were quick and professional, and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes from when I arrived.

Fixed my vehicle after a rear end collison

Excellent shop. They were very professional yet personable when they prepared the quote and in the end the quote was accurate and ended up being the amount paid for work performed. From the original quote to completion of the body repairs and painting of the vehicle, everything went smoothly without any issues or concerns. The finished results of the work are excellent.
Over the years we have used Body Pro's for two different vehicles and had excellent results each time. One of the most outstanding features of the shop is the excellent and quot;paintand quot; work they perform. Color matches are perfect the first time making it impossible to spot what has been repainted; even with orange metallic paint!

Went for an estimate on body work to be done on a 2006 Spectra. Tony said that computer systemt is down and will call us with an estimate in about an hour. No estimates given. Called on 12/15 early to follow up on the estimate with Tony. He said to give him 15 minutes and he'll fax by 10:00AM. None faxed. Called him and left a voice mail at 2:00PM and got no estimate, no reply or call back as of 12/17.

I picked Dent pro since it was rated on Angie's list. My car needed some minor dent work. I spoke to dent pro and the person was helpful, courtious and told me to stop by anytime for free estimate. What I dint like was they were not interested in fixing the dents instead they wanted expensive replacement body parts. I recieved estimate of $2700 which I think is too much for few minor dents.

I called Body Pro this morning and told them my bumper must have been hit in the back as the one side had popped out and maybe it needed a new bumper clip put in. They told me to come in anytime today. About 2 hours later I went in, explained what had happened to my bumper to Tony and he had an employee take my car back in the shop. About 10 minutes later my bumper was good as new again and I was on my way. They didn't even charge me anything for it. Shoppers, this is a first rate company if you ever need body work done. Not only do they do beautiful work, they are a very ethical company.

A year ago I had taken my car into Body Pro to have my back bumper replaced as it was so beat up in spots with deep scratches etc. Tony at Body Pro told me that it wasn't necessary to replace the bumper, that they could repair it and repaint the whole bumper. He quoted me I believe it was 300.00 to strip it down and repaint it. After he had given me the quote, I asked him if he could touch up my front bumper in a couple of spots as the paint was chipping off (from another body shop work done a couple of years prior.) He said he would completely refinish the front bumper as well at no extra charge. They did a spectacular job on both the front and back bumpers and I was very pleased. The paint matched perfectly. They are so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

They did excellent work and it was the first time I can say that about an auto body shop. We dealt with Tony. They got us in in about 2 or 3 days and they did a perfect job with our orange painted car and we could not find any issues with discolorations.
