+ -1 moreWe had a few problems with supplier products (damaged window frames when delivered by the vendor). Bob handled everything, just delaying construction a bit. . His subs (he did some work and sub ed other) were high quality as well. Painting and caulking were the only areas that he could improve. Some caulking got on our cool decking (on someone's shoe), and fine detail on painting lacked a bit. That being said, he was responsive and did quality work, always on time, and kept us informed
Description of Work: Removed old cabinets / counters, windows, sliding door, flooring. Raised section of ceiling, rerouted HVAC ducts, replaced ceiling lighting (with associated drywall & insulation work). Replaced windows / doors with double pane replacements. Prime and paint.
