This company installed the unit two years ago. Bob, the serviceman, (son of Bob, the owner,) was very nice and said that they usually charge $65 for a service call, but since there wasn't much service needed other than clean out the cooler pan, he just charged $45. I am a person with a disability and cannot do this type of thing myself. It's good to work with a company that adjusts rates according to work performed.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CALLED THEM WITH VERY LITTLE NOTICE, AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEY TESTED THE UNITS AND SAID THEY WERE WORKING GREAT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HONEST AND HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF INTEGRITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO VALUES HONEST WORK AT A FAR COST.
