Amazing company to work with. So impressed from start to finish how professional they were. My exterior looks amazing and they showed really thorough attention to detail. Definitely impressed!

This company did a terrible job on the interior paint of my bathrooms. They used a different sheen, and missed a section of wall completely, the bathrooms looked primed instead of painted and you could see brush strokes and old paint shining through. When I called to let them know the office staff did not return my emails. I finally got a hold of the job manger after multiple attempts and he sent another worker. Who also came with the wrong paint. Do not recommend!

We wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic job BGB's painting crew did, they definitely are an A+++ crew. They were very nice, professional, did an excellent job of taping to protecting everything and the most important "quality workmanship they performed". We paid a little more , but it was well worth it in the long run. Good quality workmanship is not free.

House painting was good but painters were sloppy with paint drips on concrete driveway, sidewalks and lawn boarder bricks. Would have liked to have had a review of the finished job with supervisor.

Did not try and upsell. Gave me just what I needed and it was done quickly. Looks great!

Quick estimate and great workmanship

There were two issues that were miscommunications between the estimator and the contractors. These were both immediately corrected. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the customer service.

Very prompt and professional. Work was completed within days of hiring. While I did not personally meet any of the work crew, the project manager, Jeramiah, was quick to respond to texts/calls. Great job of staining exterior wood and painting house and exterior yard walls.

They use elastomeric on the cracks in the house. The back of the house is the worst. I have a striped wall because they tried to cover 1/8 cracks in the stucco. If I had known what the end result was I would have checked around or told them not to cover cracks. The worst part is all the stripes in the wall, and they did not even get the cracks covered. Just sloppy work. My neighbor sent me a picture and asked me if I knew what the back of my house looked like. They made a mess with paint splatters on my travertine and flagstone, BBQ doors, pool cover. It might have helped if they put down plastic or a tarp. Super nice people but lousy paint job. They told me the cheaper brand paint I used was the cause. They never offered it last year. I did not know that paint company made watery paint. It is called another company do not waste your money. The guy put a second coat and did not help. I was told now the only way to hide the stripes from the elastomeric patch was to back roll. That would cost $1000. Maybe in the future BGB should show the customer a picture of what the walls will look like with elastomeric patch. What a disappointment. When they painted the interior of my rental and painted flat paint over the enamel baked AC grids I should have gone elsewhere.
