Beautiful Remodel llc

A friend referred me to BeautifulRemodel.com when I was considering a kitchen remodel last spring.  I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do, I had a tight budget to work within, and I needed someone who was creative and who could solve some design problems I had with the layout of my dining/kitchen/living room spaces.  My home was built in the 70s and I didn't like how each room was closed-in and secluded.  Steve suggested opening up two of the dividing walls and changing the vent soffit to open up the space.  Doing this, as well as removing the low kitchen ceiling soffits, allowed me to have so many more options for my new kitchen layout.  Steve was very professional, a great trouble shooter, and had a thorough understanding of the various trades involved in the project.  His knowledge and great sense of humor helped me to relax, during what I was anticipating to be a very stressful experience.  I felt confidant that I was in good hands.  Steve Price turned my ugly 1970s kitchen into an open and beautifully updated space that I now enjoy spending time in.

Steve is the consummate professional! He understood our anxieties and took the time to continually provide us with information, clarity and direction both before and throughout the project (master bath remodel). His vision and creativity is incredible, and his documentation of the project details never left us in the dark. Our master bath remodel was such a success that Beautful Remodel one two national design/remodel awards! We can't wait to see what he comes up with for the next project -- our kitchen remodel. Timetables were adhered to and communication about who would be here at what times was carefully maintained. Delays caused by tardiness of city inspectors were beyond anyone's control, but they were made up for by Beautiful Remodel, so the work was completed on time anyway. Dust and din from the work were efficiently controlled. Everyone was courteous.

Collaboration: With Steve there are no surprises (other than the ones that might be discovered during the demo phase of a project).  Every nuance and detail of the work we had performed was known and discussed before decisions were made. 
Creativity (Steve/Client): Steve has an innate ability to transform ideas, thoughts, wishes, and concerns into a working design that strives to combine quality with budget and time-line requirements.
Execution:  When the job requires it, Steve hires only qualified craftsmen who are respectful of the working environment and complete their work as expected.  From the tile and glasswork in the bath to the hardwood floor in the master bedroom, the quality of the results are self-evident.  Steve, himself, is an excellent craftsman and demands the same attention to detail from his subs.
Communication:  In Steve's world, there is nothing too trivial that shouldn't be discussed.  This is what we liked best about Beautiful Remodel.  Simply put, there are no surprises, no expectations not met without full disclosure beforehand.

From design to completed project was an awesome experience.  This was my second remodeling experience so I knew what sort of mess and disruption I was in for. The whole experience was terrific.  Steve's team did a fantastic job from start to finish and made the whole experience very pleasant.  He's a great designer with great ideas and a skillful team.  They were all very respectful of my time and the intrusion on my home.  They cleaned up at the end of every day and kept my house clean in-betweeen the "mess".  The workmanship was top notch.  They didn't take shortcuts and were very detail oriented.  The project was completed nearly on time with no surprises. Steve's schedule was very tight, and he made it all fit together very well.  It was a great experience in every way.  I would use him again in a flash for any home remodeling project.

Steve is a true artist and an expert in his craft. He perfects even the tiniest of details that most homeowners would probably never have noticed in the first place. I know I'm in the best of hands when Steve is doing my remodel. His prices were a little higher than others - he is absolutely worth it! He came up with fixes that other contractors had no solution for. He asked me many questions to find out which design changes would work best for me, based on the way I live and how I use my space. Steve's design sense and style are impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone who is trying to find an honest person to redesign and renovate their home.
