BATHROOMS PLUS

Bathrooms Plus had poor communicate and weren't listening to what I had to say. They messed up a few things. They had to shave down a cover on my handle for the shower and then after the fact the plumber said that he could've just gone in the other side behind the wall. There was already a place that had been cut out and repaired, so they could've gone in that way. There were several little areas where they didn't communicate very well and didn't listen to what I had asked. I wouldn't recommend them because of their poor communication skills. So, you aren't really sure what you're gonna get.

At first seemed very professional. However, once the job started there were several mosunderstandings that they would not own up to. Tile pattern, did not mentioned that valves should not be reused, but told me they did. Had to have cover piece shaved down to fit and looks bad. Could've pushed valve froward, but their plumber never said this to me till after part shaved down. Area left messy, didn't protect cabinets well or walls. Still cleaning off grout and whatever(thinset maybe) that went over wall. Eventually thay refused to put shower doors back on.

They were very good. I was kept informed of everything that was going on or scheduled to go on. They made a point for me to call if I had any problems or concerns at any time. Both Bathrooms Plus and the glass company they contracted were very open and honest with me, even if it made more work for them they were always pleasant. I had a very good experience and am beyond satisfied I will use Bathrooms Plus, again if needed.

The bathroom is beautiful. It is handicap accessible, without looking like one - politically correct - universal design. The large walk-in shower is now flush with the rest of the floor. The new toilet is higher, but doesn't look out of place. We picked the tile, granite, and all the fixtures. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. The owner/supervisor stopped in daily to check on the work and address any concerns. The only problem was that one of the electrical outlets does not appear to be a GFI - discovered after final payment. They haven't been real quick to come out and correct that.
