Bob adjusted the setting on the unit, made sure it was running top notch and gave me all the info we needed to know what to expect from it.

It went well from start to end. There were some parts that had to be ordered but Bob got those and brought them out as soon as he got them. Now it no longer sounds like a bad percussion session going on in my attic!

Bob arrived on time and called ahead to advise he was on his way. He checked over the unit, replaced the air filter, washed the coils and put in a p-trap. (the previous company that installed the unit did not put in the PVC drain correctly.) He took a pictures so I could see that the flashing by the roof's edge needed to be patched and what the new drain system looked like. He was very thorough and had a great attitude. I will spread his name so other owners can benefit from his great service.

They were great. They were the subcontractors for the air conditioning unit replacement through our home warranty. We waited for a while because they were gone on vacation and we liked the gentleman who came. So we waited till they were back. They put the new unit and made sure that it drained properly. We had no problems with it and they did a very good job. They listened to our concerns and explained how they addressed those concerns. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job with minimal hassles. They were nice.
