ARROW PEST CONTROL

Call Arrow on a Saturday all stressed because my pool pump was not turning on and pool wasn't looking clear. Steve answered my call and then gave me prices right away for a new pump after asking questions about what was going on. Super informative gave me info on different pumps along with prices and also the price to fix my existing pump. Told he which one my husband and I would like to get installed he informed us to shock pool and by Monday was there to look at pool and a day later replace the pump. I couldn't ask for better service. He showed us how to operate new pump and had the pool looking great by the end of the week. Amazing customer service from Steve I would refer him to everyone.

Steve and his team did the pest control at our home for years. After going through quite a few pest control companies, we still had tons of crickets and spiders in our yard. Luckily, a friend referred us to arrow pest control and my days of worrying about bugs were over. While all our neighbors had scorpions, we never found one in the years we used Steve. We recently moved out of state and I wish arrow could come spray our new house! Steve was quick, thorough, and great with our kids (who would follow him around when he was inside asking him every question in the book about every bug imaginable).

The technician was very nice and friendly, prompt, and professional. She's done a good job finding and treating ants in the yard. But whatever the flying bugs (we suspect no-see-ums) may be, they are as bad as ever, even within days after their service. Also, they use only DE inside the house and we've seen more scorpions than we have in years. We don't think the DE works. We're stopping our service with Arrow and have hired a different company that uses a different approach. Before we hired Arrow we'd had the same company for 20 years and we were almost bug-free on the interior, but that company couldn't help with the problems in the yard, which is why we looked for a different company and hired Arrow. Hopefully the new company we've hired will be able to successfully treat both the interior of our home and the yard.

We were so impressed with Steve from the get-go.  After leaving a message with his office, we received a call back on the same day.  He was prompt, very thorough and courteous.  In the past we've had other companies that don't follow their own time windows or just don't even show up at all.  Steve's quality service is a breath of fresh air.
We are happy to have found Arrow Pest Control!  Highly recommend.
