Salesman was very helpful in the showroom and steered us towards the best rated fans...which were not the most expensive. They allow you to customize the fans with different color blades and light fixtures. He gave us a discount since we were ordering multiple fans. Install was done on the day we asked for it. Installer was right on time and finished the install very quickly. My daughter noticed that her fan was a little wobbly at the highest speed. We called the store and they sent someone out the same day to adjust the fan for us. This was a very good experience and I would recommend Arizona Fans to everyone.

The show room for Arizona Fans has a nice variety of fan and the ability to view catalogs to order specialty fans. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and polite. One of the geniuses of the store is that the fan prices include installation. The owner was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He didn't mind that I took a lot of time looking at the fan selection. I also liked the fact that there was a wide variety of fans with a variety of prices. I bought four real nice fans, mostly Hunters, for just over 1K.

The fellow who installed the fans was cheerful, fast and knew his business. He cleaned up thoroughly.

I am very satisfied with Arizona Fans and will likely have them do another fan for me in the future. Highly recommended, very professional.

I called them a couple of times and they had to make 3 visits because they didn t do a good job. They made a couple of unnecessary holes. I didn t like there work. I won't be using their services again.

I saw an ad in a coupon booklet and visited the showroom. After describing our circumstances, a small bedroom with a vaulted 12' ceiling, he recommended the Hunter. We agreed and set up an appointment for 1 week later to install. The installer arrived a bit late due to a complex prior installation. They installed the fan and light in a prewired room in about 35 minutes. He then at no charge corrected the wiring installation on a fan that was here when we bought the house. They also adjusted the switches on two other fans. They are very pleasant and friendly. I would buy from Arizona Fans again. We have a patio fan project coming up in the spring.

We had two different installers, both were very good and arrived when promised. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to locate a similar fan when one of the ones we wanted was not available. Their advice on which fans to buy and how to connect them was very nice to have. The remotes they showed us work great and we don't have any chains hanging down.

THE FANS, (WITH LIGHTS), WORK PERFECTLY AND ARE SECURED TO THE CEILING. (THEY DON'T WOBBLE WHEN RUNNING.) THE PRICE OF THE FAN INCLUDES INSTALLATION, WHICH MAKES IT GREAT PRICING. WHEN THE FAN INSTALLER CAME, ONE OF THE LIGHTS WAS BROKEN. WHEN HE INSTALLED THE REST OF THE FANS, HE BROUGHT A NEW LIGHT.
