ARIZONA ALL STAR CLEAN

Originally, there was a scheduling glitch, but Jeff came the next day. Went well, they were quick & clean.

I felt that their prices were high. They did have to come back out to clean a patch. I would use them again.

There was a mix up about the date, but the owner apologized and came the same day. The carpet looks clean. The owner left a small bottle of carpet spot cleaner in case any spills happened.

The estimate over the phone was a little lower than the actual cost, due to me not knowing the actual square footage of the area.

Jeff was prompt for the estimate, and I asked him to complete the work while he was there, as the estimate was acceptable to me. The carpet is lightly used (no kids or animals), but it is white and shows most dirt/spills, etc. Jeff was able to remove the one obvious stain, and thoroughly cleaned the remained of the carpet. Looks like new! Thanks Jeff!

Called the day before we wanted the work done. Jeff was able to schedule us in and he did an excellent job. One small stained area was not able to be fixed, but Jeff was able to clean all the areas he said he would be able to do and then some.

Very thorough. They vacuumed first which is something not a lot of companies do. On time and polite.

We have been very pleased with Arizona All Star Clean's performance and have used their cleaning services since 2002. Prior to Arizona All Star Clean, we used various cleaning companies but were never satisfied with the results. The dirt re-appeared soon afterward in the exact locations as before. Our experience with the cleaning provided by AZ All Star Clean has been completely the opposite. The carpet stays clean longer and the tile and grout looks like new after Jeff's team has been here. And, the price is very competitive! My wife and I readily and without hesitation endorse the company.

Jeff and assistant arrived on time, and after telling them what I expected, got right to work. Since I have and had some sick animals, I didn't expect a miracle - continuing use of the same areas by 3 dogs over a number of years has made my carpet a disaster zone! Instead of opting for stain removal, (which would have been impossible), I chose to have the areas sanitized. Within an hour the cleaning was finished and the house smelled wonderful! As I expected, some of the stains reappeared due to saturation over time, but the sanitation has done wonders. When I am able to replace the carpeting, I plan on having cleaning done on at least a yearly basis, and by the same company! Thanks Jeff.

Jeff Walker was prompt and very courteous. He did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet, did a good job on traffic areas and any spots I had, and also did a great job cleaning my tile and grout. I gave his card to my friends and neighbors, and now quite a few are using Arizona All Star Clean too!

The company had an appointment available in less than a week. The people were professional and prompt. They did a good job getting some tough stains out. The price ended up being a little more than I was originally quoted, but it was fair for the services that I received.

They were able to make an appointment for me right away. They arrived on time and did a very good job. Quotes were given prior to beginning job. I have now used their services several times and have always been pleased.

Made the mistake of scheduling the cleaning before getting a price quote. Did a good job, but expensive. Think I could get the same service for less $$.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE OK WITH THE JOB BEFORE THEY LEFT.

JEFF AND HIS WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND POLITE. HE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY AND SCHEDULES A PROMPT APPOINTMENT. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT AFTERWARDS. ONCE JEFF GOT RED PAINT OUT OF THE CREAM COLORED CARPET AFTER MY DAUGHTER STEPPED IN IT AND RAN IT THROUGH THE HOUSE.
