I have been using All Seasons Pool Service for about 6 years now and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Anthony is very attentive to the needs of my pool and conscientious on keeping the costs down for the customer. He always tries to repair my pool cleaner first before suggesting it needs replacement, I need to buy a new part, etc, keeping the costs down. If the basket in my pool cracks, he will notify me and ask if I would like to go buy a new one, wait, or if I would like for him to buy one at his cost (no additional charge) and he will just add it to my bill.
Anthony just goes above and beyond. He keeps my pool clean and pristine. He is very communicative on what is happening with my pool on a weekly basis. Once within the 6 year period I had to stop the pool services for about 6 months because my income had gone down so much I had to cut some things out of my budget. Well, that ended up being a costly mistake. I ended up spending more money on my pool because it turned green twice and it had to be emptied and refilled, not to mention the additional costs in chemicals! I find that Anthony saves me money. He provides the chemicals, so I no longer have to make that daunting trip to the store to pick up chlorine and all the other chemicals that went into my pool. And no, a pool does not just take 10 minutes a week to maintain. It takes time to determine the correct balance of the chemicals, go back and forth to the store to get the right chemicals, test the pool, etc. With Anthony, he is a professional and knowledgeable and just takes care of all of it for me.
