All About Garage Doors

Left a voice mail with All About Garage Doors and Sam returned my call promptly. I asked some background information about his company and I said I will check out his feedback and call back if it's all good. I checked Yelp, Angie's, BBB, and the Registrar or Contractors and all feedback was good with no complaints. Called back Sam and setup the appointment for early Monday. Sam called me Sunday afternoon to confirm the appointment. Monday morning his son Marcus called to say he was on his way and he arrived 10 minutes early. He weighed the door and checked out what need to be done, which was to replace the two tension springs. He was in and out in 50 minutes! Great overall experience and very reasonably priced! Professional, prompt, reliable, and very knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Sam and Marcus!!

He was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on time and did what he said he was going to do. He went out of his way for me because he knew there was a security issue and he made extra trips to make sure everything was okay. He was very reasonable with his pricing. He was polite and he knew exactly what to do. He was quick and efficient. He didn't try to do anything or sell me anything that I did not need. I cannot speak kindly enough about this company. Within 2 days I had a new garage door.

SAM COPE IS THE PROPRIETER AND IS AN INDEPENDENT DOOR INSTALLER/SALES PERSON. I FOUND HIM IN THE CLASSIFIEDS AND HIS PRICES WERE 20-30% LOWER THAN ALL OTHERS I ASKED FOR BIDS ON, INCLUDING HOME REPAIR STORES. HE SELLS MID-TO-TOP OF THE LINE WAYNE DALTON DOORS, WHICH I HAVE FOUND TO BE FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY DOOR ANY TRACT BUILDER INSTALLS, INCLUDING THE DOORS ON MY MAIN RESIDENCE. SAM WAS SURPRISINGLY PROMPT AFTER I GAVE HIM A VERBAL GO-AHEAD ON THE INSTALLATION. INSTALLATION WAS TOP NOTCH. I NOTICED A SLIGHTLY CRACKED PANE OF GLASS ON THE DOOR AND HE REPLACED IT WITHIN 2 HOURS, PRIOR TO ACCEPTING PAYMENT. I'VE HAD THE DOOR IN FOR MONTHS NOW WITH NO ISSUES. SAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, OUTGOING, AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.
