We are a family owned and operated company. We have been in business since 2007 helping people in the East Valley with their HVAC needs. Our office is located in the Town of Gilbert but we service the entire East Valley from the I-17 to Gold Canyon and from the North 101 to San Tan Valley. While inspecting the A/C, Terry (the technician) said capacitors capacity :-) is weak and need replacement. He replaced both of em with new one's and said it would help with electricity consumption and life of the AC. It costs 240$. I had it done. Hope it helped my AC (there is no way of knowing. It was precautionary). Happy with their service..!

Technician called 20 minutes before the start of the window when they were to show up saying they were running a little late. They still showed up in the original 2 hour window. Having an older home I needed some additional wiring for the install, which I expected since I did some research on the NEST. Job took around an hour and now my home is cooling. Looking forward to getting the 2 NEST Protects installed by this company.

This was part of a remodel, so it was not your standard remove old, install new. The new unit was placed in a different location and the wiring was re-routed. They took care of the remaining electrical connection needs.
They were very good to work with and accommodated my needs and preferences. There were additional complexities involved since this was a double wide mobile home. The end result was functional and very clean! I'm very happy with the result.

Gentleman that came out was very professional, punctual and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done.

I called them late in the afternoon, and they were able to come out the next morning. Compressor was shot, so Terry gave me the options, risk, and pricing: replace compressor, replace condensor only (including compressor), replace condensor and coil, or replace everything including furnace unit. Because of the age of the unit, decided to replace condensor and coil. Terry gave me an estimate after investigating the attic, and they were able to install the unit the next morning. They were very professional and the upstairs was cool again by the end of the day!

They gave me the best price. It was through homeowners warranty policy and ever since then I didn’t have to use AHR Mechanical. I had a federal rebate program that was expiring and it took about $1500 off the cost.

Due to large workload and low and slow payment by Warranty Company, many local a/c companies don't work on warranty service. They do, but were so booked we had to wait 4 days for our service call. Service was prompt, they carry lots of parts on their trucks so changed out the part and finished within 1hour
