Long story but happy ending

They get the hose when others cannot find them and they deliver on time. I anticipated a price hike as the hoses are hard to get but they are in the market on price. The counter staff is comtpent and acts like they want you to be there. They treat the trade guys like the occasional customer with respect. I have also purchased a disk for our Mahindra Tractor and they were helpfull with which disk would work with that tractor. We spent $800 on the disk.

A TO Z Equipment Rental and Sales are very conveniently located. They're within walking distance, which is a big plus for me. I don't have a truck, so I push the lawnmower over there. The turn-around time is excellent. The prices are good. I'm over there a couple of times a year.

A to Z Rentals provided me the equipment we needed in the time frame we needed it in. This was an extremely courteous group of folks from the gent who I spoke with me on the phone to the young lady who transacted the equipment rental at the A to Z store, to the fellows who loaded the equipment into my SUV. They had what I needed and they were very professional. The whole process was easy. They were helpful and they loaded the equipment for me.

THE ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE WAS THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE LOADER (WHICH WE HAD RESERVED), THEY HAD RENTED THEM ALL OUT. THEY DID GIVE US ANOTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT YOU STAND ON RATHER THAN SIT AND IT WORKED OK - JUST WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE OTHER ONE! ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WHILE WE WERE THERE.

COMMUNICATION REGARDING PRODUCT THAT I KNEW HOW TO USE IT CORRECTLY.

VERY CLEAN STORE AND WELL RUN. THEY COMPLETELY INSPECTED THE CHAINSAW I WAS TO RENT AND DECIDED TO UPGRADE MY RENTAL FOR FREE AFTER DISCOVERING A MISSING PART ON THE ORIGINAL CHAINSAW. DRIVE THROUGH PICK UP SERVICE (WHERE YOU ACTUALLY DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH THEIR BUILDING TO PICK UP THE TOOL). THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE IT AND IT WORKED JUST LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD.

A TO Z GETS THE JOB DONE, BUT IT TAKES A WHILE. THE LAWN MOWER NEEDED A TUNEUP, A REPLACEMENT PRIMER BULB AND A BLADE SHARPENING--FAIRLY SIMPLE STUFF. IT TOOK ALMOST TWO WEEKS (WHILE I HAD TO BORROW A NEIGHBORS MOWER). THE MOWER WORKS GREAT NOW, BUT WAITING SO LONG FOR IT WAS INCONVENIENT.

ABOUT A WEEK AFTER DROPPING OFF MY LAWN MOWER, IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP I REALIZED THEY HAD NOT FIXED THE RIGHT PART. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE WHOLE PROCESS OF PICKING UP AND RETURNING EQUIPMENT IS VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT.

THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE TIME NOT USED AND FOR ANY TIME LOST DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED. THEY HAVE QUALITY EQUIPMENT.

THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED UP THE MACHINE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

THEY SEEM TO HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM POWER TOOLS TO WEDDING EQUIPMENT.
