I felt had I been paying for this job myself which I wasn't, I would have tried to negotiate a bit or called someone else for another estimate. I did feel he was a bit pricey. Also, when the job was completed, I felt that Billy should have checked the job himself before presenting it to me as finished and asking my opinion.

Billy and John were personable, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. I would hire them again.

They were in constant communication and came by the day after I called to review the project and determine what was needed. They completed the project the day after.

Prompt with call back. Arrived when scheduled. Personable and professional. Answered any questions I had. Best experience I've had with repair service in Fountain Hills!

Two young men worked efficiently , and were eager to do things accurately . I scheduled them for a few more jobs to do on another time.

After I logged in I had a call back within minutes and had them here the next day! Excellent service

ONLY DID HALF OF THE JOB. WHAT WAS DONE WAS GOOD. BUT OT LEFT ME TO START ALL OVER ON THE SECOND HALF.

These guys were AWESOME!!!! Highly recommend! We bought a SpringFree Trampoline that I couldn t get the company to come out and set up for a month, even though we prepaid them. I called these guys and they were there the NEXT day! Great customer service and super professional. They basically saved day and my son is happily jumping his little heart out! Very good service and quality workmanship. I wanted a simple wall to partition my garage and John reminded me that I was in n. Scottsdale and recommended Sheetrock, paint, etc, talking me out of the south Phoenix job I requested. 10He was absolutely right and the did a fine job.

Two of the 3 projects - repaire kitchen faucet and make sliding door easier to open were not completed to my satisfaction.

Hired them to do work for my parents. John was very professional and so were the workers. My parents were happy and would definitely use them again has long as the price is fair. I felt it was for the work they did.

Very professional. Came when they said, did the work when they said, and gave a fair price. I highly recommend them.

He showed up when he said he would, he gave me a fair honest price, and did what he said what he was going to do with all the projects.

Came and did what could be done, given the shape of the concrete. Maybe a more aggressive cleaning would have been the way to go. But, he basically said that's as good as it gets. Anything more aggressive may modify the concrete. So, overall, satisfactory, but not 5 star.
