I called for an emergency leak repair, they were fast and got there quick. They found the leak and said it was rubbing on top plate, called me 10 mins later and said no it’s mice chewing through the pipe. I agreed to a copper repair in place of the PEX pipe so that I wouldnt have mice chew through again. While I was talking with the owner Matt about repairs his tech jumped the gun and just replaced with PEX. I also agreed to him repairing a gate valve that I found out later wasn’t really necessary just an add on to get some more out of us. I agreed to it. The owner then tells me I have to pay for the PEX bandaid and the gate valve and if I wanted copper it would be a new job and new cost. I said I do not need to pay for your tech repairing something differently than you and I agreed to. He did settle with me just sending an invoice for the gate valve, i was willing to be fair and reasonable the whole time. I was just not willing to pay for his techs mistake. That is not my responsibility. When he did finally send an estimate for the copper repair it was outrageous. I paid him for the gate valve and said if you wanted to you’re more then welcome to come rip out the PEX bandaid your company did. I would suggest getting written estimates and bids well in advance before authorizing any work with them. Do your homework as far his cost.

The cost of the first hour of service was quoted over the phone so I knew what to expect. We set up an appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled. He worked quickly, identified the cause of the leak and replaced the line. He was done in less than an hour, so he fixed/cleaned the faucets that sprayed water everywhere, too.

Bob Travis came and inspected the area. He worked well with the Leak Detection company the insurance company provided and answered all my questions. Bob's company was also very prompt in submitting the necessary information to my insurance company. Between my insurance company and Travis & Sons working together as a team, this leak really got fixed fast. Bob's team Danny and Bill did the work and had the new line installed and cleaned up in four hours. They did a great job and tested all the lines. I live in a 30 year old home so rerouting a water line from under the slab can be problematic with cathedral ceilings and tight areas. Bob's team did a great job going up to the attic, back down and around behind the cabinets through a wall in our kitchen to the kitchen sink. I also really appreciated how clean they were as I asked if they would use our shop vac to keep the dust down when they had to break into the dry wall. Bob and his team are honest and do good work. He and his team were prompt. They are a local provider to Fountain Hills.

Quick, responsive, reasonably priced service. They'll be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

I'd reached the end of my rope determining the location of a leak so called Travis and Sons who advertise leak detection. Bob Travis arrived at the property within minutes, totally analysed the irrigation and plumbing systems and isolated the location of the leak. He offered two alternatives for fixing and suggested I try the least expensive one first (which did not involve additional service from him). I did as he said and had the leak fixed within hours.

We are very happy with their services.

We had a leaking pipe somewhere under twenty feet of concrete pool deck. Rather than cutting through all that concrete, Mr. Travis came up with a relatively inexpensive bypass option that fixed the problem. Since we didn't have much time, we were very pleased that Mr. Travis personally worked the problem and directed the fix. I now have a plumber I can rely on in the future.

I contacted the company an appointment at an appropriate time was arranged. The plumber showed up on time and completed the work in timely fashion and charged a fair price.

Jason from Travis and Son's Plumbing was really great. He was good about answering my questions and responding to my needs. I really like this company a whole lot!

Linda took my call, listened attentively to my detailed to-do list and scheduled Jason promptly. Jason arrived when expected; had a professional, friendly, can-do demeanor. He set to work and cheerfully annihilated the better part of my jobs list in about 90 minutes. Jason made two recommendations for specific toilet brands/models to consider, based on my expressed needs. He also explained that clients can sometimes do better, pricewise, by ordering a toilet themselves via a large home-improvement store (he named a couple of possibilities; I went with one of them); he promised to return when the new toilet arrived to complete its installation and to finish the exterior work. As before, Linda efficiently scheduled the second visit to our mutual satisfaction and Jason returned as planned to finish everything in perfect order.

So, to compensate me for my troubles, they only charged me for parts, or $40. I am no longer frustrated with the company, though challenge them to return calls more promptly in the future and to not overbook their employees. I would, however, recommend you give them a shot.

Company needed to change arrival time. Did so a week early. Plumber arrived precisely on time. He was polite, neat, and showed us how to unclog. Price seemed reasonable.

Jason was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and neat. We felt the entire service experience was excellent and reasonably priced.

THIS WAS A VERY GOOD SERVICE MAN. HE CAME ON TIME AND WORKED AT A GOOD PACE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED. HE DID SAY THAT 99% OF THEIR BUSINESS IS IN FOUNTAIN HILLS BUT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM FITTING OUR JOB INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY CAME THREE DAYS AFTER I CALLED THEM.

TRAVIS AND SONS IS A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THEY ARE HONEST IN THEIR ASSESSMENTS AND FAIR IN THEIR PRICES. THEY ARE FAST AND EFFICIENT.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE AND I WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU GET.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY SO I WON'T EVEN CALL ANY OTHERS. WE ORDERED THE HOT WATER HEATER OVER THE PHONE AND JASON CAME OVER AND INSTALLED IT FOR US. WHILE HE WAS WAITING FOR THE HEATER TO FILL WITH WATER, WE WERE ABLE TO ASK HIM A COUPLE OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR KITCHEN SINK, WHICH HE CHECKED OUT FOR NO COST.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

THEY GAVE US THE OPTION OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF OUR PUMP SYSTEM. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED AND INSTALLED AN ALARM SYSTEM, SO WE WILL KNOW IF IT FAILS AGAIN.
