Excellent. Tammy is the office manager and Matthew is the person coordinating the Auto body work. My car was well taken care of. The paint matches perfectly. The scratches are gone and I feel really blessed to have a great auto body shop literally down the street and I didn't need to leave Fountain Hills or have to go to one of those mega chains. They also cleaned the inside of my car and dusted the dash board and shined my tires, and got all those mega horrible bugs off my front bumper from the Beeline Highway.

A minor accident left our Genesis with a badly dented front fender. Matt Tilden general manager of The Finishing Touch Body Shop gave a very thorough examination and prepared a detailed written estimate. The price was probably a bit higher than I could have gotten elsewhere but two local garages recommended the Finishing Touch highly. The work was performed on time and on schedule. On completion the fender looked brand new and the color matched perfectly. The only dent remaining was in my wallet.

I did not have to bring the car in until they had the parts and painted the parts. The first part to arrive did not pass muster with the paint shop so they ordered another part.....I am sure others might have used the less than perfect part. Part arrived was painted....matched the rest of the car perfectly! When part was completed they called ....I brought the car in....and they installed the part the same day.....and washed the car to boot.

They're very honest and skilled professionals and they're nice people and they did a really good job for us and they stand by their work also. We had a few little things that we need them to take care of and they were very willing and nice people.

The company is reasonably priced and completed good work. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was so pleased they were able to repair the sensors rather than replacing them as it saved me money. I have used them on a few other occasions. On all my experiences, I have been quite satisfied with their ethical approach and overall services.

FINISHING TOUCH HAS A REMARKABLE REPUTATION. THEY HAVE BEEN IN FOUNTAIN HILLS FOR YEARS. THEY ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE. THEY DID SEEM TO TAKE AWHILE LONGER THAN WE HAD WISHED, BUT IT TURNED OUT JUST BEAUTIFUL.
