After repeatedly asking his service tech to have the owner call me to give me an invoice, I never heard from him. I called and left several messages over months to get an invoice. Months went by, finally, I got called every day until he got back to me. His excuse was that I had typo'd my email address to him so he was unable to send me an invoice. That was incorrect. No excuse was given why the service tech could not have dropped an invoice on my front stoop, or to me in person. When I finally got the invoice, it was over $1000 of invoices! He did give me time to pay it off rather than one lump sum.
The service was good until this summer. Three times my pool got to the point of having no chlorine, zero, and the pool turned green. The third time, we were on vacation and came back to a green pool with green algae, water bugs, and four dead rodents in the pool, one stuck in the vacuum! Soon after, black bottom algae formed and we have been battling it ever since. Unsuccessfully.
