The oil change went well. But then they recommended I replace the two back shock absorbers, which would have cost about $350, because the service technician had detected a leak in one of them. I ended up taking the car somewhere else for a second opinion -- they said there was no leak, only rust and nothing needed replacing. So while there price for an oil change is very reasonable, I'm not sure I would trust them when recommending additional repairs.

They have excellent service. Their prices are really right, and you do not even need an appointment. They are cheap, quick, and good. I have been really happy with them.

After leaving the car, they called and claimed tghe battery was dead, wouldn't start, and the car required front hub bearing assemblies ($1,045) and new valve cover gaskets.
I authorized the battery (requesting the old battery for warranty adjustment at another location) and requested an estimate on the other items.
When I picked up the car, I paid for the oil change, filters and a new battery. I started the car, then remembered to check the trunk for the old battery. There was no battery. After a search of the facility, we checked the engine compartment, and the old battery was still installed. They quickly installed the new battery but could not explain why their test of my battery was incorrect. Had I not been persistent, I would have been charged for a battery not recieved. Whild driving home, I noticed that the dashboard oil reminder was not reset, and no new window sticker. I returned for these corrections, and they offered to refund my money for the new battery if I would give them the old one back. Clearly, they did not want me to turn in the old one in to the warranty concern. At that time, they continued to warn me that the wheel bearings (they said hub assemblies) were dangerously loose and needed replacement fast.
I doubted the application of sealed bearings (hubs) so checked on-line with Timken, Torrington and Chrysler mechanics. They all said 'replaceable bearings'. I confronted Sun Devil, they said all the others were wrong.
I brought my Crossfire to Mike's Automotive to have the wheel bearings replaced - they said that there was no play in the current bearings at 45,000 miles - and they looked over engineered. Also, they noted no valve cover leaks.

OK. Seemed like a nice guy. First time I've had this procedure done. I don't know what to compare it to.

WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. COMMUNICATION TO CONSUMER WAS GOOD.

VERY EFFICIENT. AND VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING. WITH REGARD TO ITEMS NEEDING SERVICE ATTENTION.

THIS COMPANY ALWAYS DOES CAR REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS WHEN I JUST WANTED THE MINIMUM DONE, EVEN THOUGH MORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE, AND THEY DO NOT TRY TO 'UP SELL' YOU, AS SO MANY CAR REPAIR SHOPS DO. THEY ALWAYS CONTACT US TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK REQUIRED AND A TIME WHEN IT WILL BE COMPLETED. MAYBE ONCE OR TWICE OVER 10 TIMES HAS THE WORK NOT BEEN COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED. AND EVEN THEN, THEY LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT IT WOULD NOT BE DONE WHEN PROMISED.
