1926 home. Kitchen had not been remodeled since the 1940's. Bathroom wall was falling down and kitchen was right behind. Both projects required going to the studs. Needed new: electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, lighting, fixtures, windows, door, etc. They were willing to break the project into 2 separate time frames. They were realistic and optimistic; stuck to timelines; came in mostly at budget unless when there was something that had not been anticipated as is common with older homes. The sub contractors were all reliable and excellent. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

When we approached Santanni Building Co. for an estimate, they expediently replied, communicating both by email and by phone. They went to work right away pulling permits after we decided to go with them. The bulk of the actual construction was done while we were away, but Scott Santanni (President) kept us up-to-date with emailed photos. The entire project was completed well within the set time frame and exactly to estimate (given one change order). They were amiable, flexible, conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves. They were helpful in recommendations for other work, as well. We are well pleased and we highly recommend them.

They did a fabulous job, with unbelievable workmanship. They had great patience. They put up our 4,000 square foot home in six months. This included a tear down, demolishing original home on site. It was very impressive.
