We use Sam the Bug man monthly.  Have had no issues since we started using them a few years ago.  Tony is very customer service oriented and always takes his shows off when entering the home.  We recommend them to anyone!

Rod, the technician was very efficient and professional; he went above and beyond what I expected. I really couldn't ask for more. And I don't have rodents!

It's been a while that I've used him. I don't have bugs at all. He came out once and that's it, it was done. His son is running it now because he passed away. I knew Sam for many years. I would recommend him to others.

He comes here every month. The price is excellent, and we are very pleased. He is very professional and very helpful. He goes the extra mile. His treatment is very effective. He is on time. Every time he would do things that are outside the scope of what we ask him to do because he sees there is a need to do those things.

We have used him every month since we moved here in 2004 when we moved here from San Diego. In fact he was waiting for us here at the house as the moving van moved us in. They are just wonderful. It is a small family owned company. They call for an appointment and it is not always the same date. He will come as early as 7 am and as late as 9 pm. He has only raised the price $1.00 since we started using him. He apologized for that and called it a fuel surcharge and said that he would lower it when fuel went down. The father started the business and he has passed away and now the two twin brothers run it. They are reliable and pleasant. They are one of the best service people we could have. The price is worth it for the reliability and knowing the same person is going to be in our house. I don’t know what other companies charge.

It is a family owned business. They spray both inside and outside my house. They are professional and very reliable. They are very careful about the stuffs around my house. They are very responsive and very punctual. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

I like him because he's a very reliable person. He even has the key to my house, so he can come in if I'm not around. His prices are reasonable as well. The products that he uses are non toxic, so it won't kill the scorpions unless they step on it and inject it.

HAD TO COME OUT A FEW TIME TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM. ONLY CHARGED ME ONCE. VERY NICE MAN.

SAM THE BUG MAN CAME THE DAY AFTER WE CALLED AND TOLD HIM WE HAD CRICKETS AND ANTS. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND DID NOT EVEN FREAK WHEN OUR DOG GOT OUT THE GATE ON HIM, HE JUST BROUGHT HIM BACK INTO THE HOUSE. (HE IS A FRIENDLY BOXER, BUT SCARY SOMETIMES)

HE WAS SO FAST AND QUIET YOU WOULDN'T KNOW HE WAS HERE. GOOD JOB.

I TERMINATED SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE I WAS STILL HAVING SCORPIONS IN MY HOME. AFTER CHECKING AROUND I FOUND THEM TO BE MUCH HIGHER PRICED THAN OTHER COMPANIES. PART OF THE SCORPION PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND THE FACT THAT MY FRONT ENTRY DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED AND THEIR WAS A GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF IT. I STILL SWITCHED DUE TO THE PRICING ISSUE. I DO, HOWEVER, MISS THE PROMPTNESS AND ALL-AROUND PROFESSIONALISM OF SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM TONY WHO WAS THE PERSON WHO SPRAYED THE HOUSE. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM SWITCHING BACK TO THEM IN THE FUTURE IF THEIR PRICES WERE MORE COMPETITIVE.
