The over all experience was absolutely fantastic. Ron Robertson, one of the owner of Roberson Consulting Group, came out to our house. He was hired to replace a key board on my Dell Inspiron 1545 lap top and to do what I call an annual tune up. Dell sent me the part and they wanted me to install this part in my computer, myself. I wanted both of our computers to be tuned up, cleaned out of any junk that does not belong in there and just get them running as fast as possible. Ron found many items that some how came into our computers. He cleaned them out, checked for all new up dates and checked to make sure all safe guards were in place and working well. Why would anyone drag their computer to a big box store, wasting time, energy and money, when this wonderful computer man is right here in the Scottsdale area? I'm so happy a friend gave me the name, Robertson Consulting groups. This will be my only computer repair man forever.

DAN IS GREAT. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME. MY COMPUTERS ARE ALWAYS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. DAN GOES OVER AND ABOVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MOST RECENTLY THEY CLEANED OUT 3 COMPUTERS AND SET UP A WIRELESS NETWORK. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING OUT THE COMPUTERS, BUT THE NETWORK IS NOT WORKING VERY WELL AND THEY CANNOT REALLY FIGURE OUT WHY. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES HE WILL UNDER CHARGE A LITTLE IF HE WAS HERE A LONG TIME DOING SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN SO LONG.
