THIS TIME IT TOOK AN AUGER TO CLEAR THE TOILET. IN MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. THEY BILL BY THE HOUR AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE UP ALL THE TIME YOU'RE PAYING FOR. VERY HONEST.
