RAMBO AND SON INC

The first day he showed up with 4 staff members and he wanted $00 to get the yard back in shape.  I refused and told him to stick with the $120 per month he quoted and get teh yaer where it needed to be over several months.  He was upset.
Over the next year, the trimming was outstanding and generally, the yard looked good.
I would get an extra bill once in a while for weed killer or fertilizer.  I refused to pay as it was not what was quoted.  I left many messages and Roger never answers his phone.  His bookeeper kept sending notes with the bills indicating past due on the extra amounts.  I finally spoke with Roger and he understood what I did and did not want. 
While the trimming was good, the maintenence of the irrigation drip system was not good.  in general, they ignored it.  we found heads that were not working and every once in a while.. fountains where the heads were chewed off or blew off (common in the desert).  I asked Roger to address without much success over the 15+ months.
last month we arrived here and found many drip system issues... I called Roger and asked him to take care of it.  He did... and then sent an extra bill.  This last week I received a phone message from Roger stating he wasn't making any money on my account and we needed to talk.  I called and left a message (again as he never answers).  Bottomline, today I called and told him I am terminating his service effective immediately.  His voice message says he is not taking new customers and apparently that is embolding him to raise current customer prices.  My rating on professionalism relates to the constant extra billing beyond what was quoted and agreed to.

TIMELY SERVICE, GOOD WORK, BUT HAS NOT RESPONDED WELL TO PROBLEM AREAS.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. IF ANY PROBLEMS DID OCCUR, THEY WERE RIGHT OUT TAKING CARE OF IT. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
