Phone Service - Cellular, Internet Service
I caught a virus on online and I had to actually buy another phone. I pay $50 a month for the plan and the new phone cost me $40. I got an upgrade to it that they couldn't send to it over the air; they had to do it by code wire. Nobody around here had the program. I had to do a warranty thing because I got a warranty on it. I am still having problem. I paid my bill early and now I'm being charged 25 cents a call. They didn’t even know what was going on and I had to tell them about the virus. I think I still have a virus. I lost all the apps that I had on the phone. I have to call them all the time.
