It is a good company.

We don't have contract with them. They come out as in when needed. They showed up on time. They were professional. I will use them again.

They are reasonably priced and do good work. I've used two other companies, and they are best.

Great. Chris arrived on time, and completed the job in 7 hours. He was pleasant and professional. We appreciated his attention to detail, and thoroughness.-He even sealed the pillars of our outdoor living space, even though I had not thought that was part of the process. We are very happy with the workmanship, and glad we chose Premier Pest Management to do this for us! By the way, we had two other companies bid the job-one came in at $1000, and the other $800. It wasn't just about the cost, but how we felt about their presentation and understanding of what our concerns and specific needs were for this project. Chris, the representative for PPM who we originally spoke with regarding this project, did not try to hard sell us on their overall pest control service, which we appreciated. We will definitely consider PPM if we decide to change our current pest management provider!

They are very thorough. They came out right away when I called them. I was very pleased with them and I even recommended them to my neighbors.

The company calls ahead of time to schedule the bi-monthly pest control service to ensure that someone will be there to let them inside the house. The service person has always been prompt and wears disposable booties when entering the house.

I called them when we saw a Scorpion, Eric came down and did a treatment, we saw more he came again, we saw again but never called them. After 2 months he came on schedule since we had paid upfront for an year, the day he did the treatment we saw scorpions again, he came next day and did a treatment. A month alter we saw again Eric did the treatment. after that we never saw any for a year 'til now, even though our neighbors kept seeing them.

I called and received a warm welcome on the phone. I asked about their regular pest control service and an appointment was scheduled. The technician came, gave me an estimate (which was $9 a month less than I'd been paying, and I signed up. He did his thing and discovered termites. He sent another technician to investigate and give me an estimate. We scheduled the work to be done. He then brought in a tall ladder and changed the battery in a smoke alarm I couldn't get to. The termite tech came and did his thing but couldn't get into the garage as I wasn't home. He returned to finish. Everything was very professional, and well done.

The entire Premier staff was very knowledgeable and helpful including the appointment scheduler, home sealer, and our regular service technician, Bobby. They are also happy to come back between visits when we had another scorpion appear in the house. We are very happy with the work and will continue to use them for regular pest control service.

The technician showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Cannot read the tech's name but her license # is 010140. She was very pleasant.

Exceptional service, very friendly, and thorough. I never felt pressured, in fact, was told how I could treat the problem myself if I wanted to.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY COME OUT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY WEAR BOOTIES OVER THEIR SHOES WHEN IN OUR HOME.

WE GOT 2 OR 3 BIDS. THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE. THEY DID AN EXTREMELY GREAT JOB. VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FAST. WE ARE TERMITE FREE!

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. IF WE HAVE PROBLEMS IN BETWEEN VISITS THEY COME BACK AT NO CHARGE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL! THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY WORE BOOTIES SO NOT TO GET OUR CARPET DIRTY AND GOT RID OF THE TERMITES ON THE FIRST TRY.
