Pearl Painting

Not well.  It took forever to get them out to do the work.  I guess they had a great response to the Groupon but couldn't keep up with the work.  I had 3 rooms I wanted done.  They seemed to rush the job and the customer service wasn't great - I felt like they really didn't want to be here.  I'm still scraping little bits of paint splatter off the tile.

After some miscommunication in the beginning, this project was completed.  I determined upon review that the miscommunication was because I did not receive one of their emails although I was able to confirm it was sent.  I think the problem occurred because of my computer malfunctioning.

The work was completed on time.  The quality of the work was excellent.

I purchased a $69.00 drywall work coupon through
Angie's list. The two man crew came out the day that we agreed upon and did the
work that was requested. They were professional, punctual and did a great job
fixing the drywall hole in my garage. They honored the Angie's list coupon and
said that I'm all set after the work was completed. Because of their
punctuality and professionalism, I gave them an extra $30.00 tip for a job well
done.

I was very impressed by how clean his truck and trainer were. His work reflected that cleanliness. He did very quick, professional work and I am very happy with that. I also asked him to do estimate on other work for me.

It went great! They contacted me to set an appointment. They came when they said they would. They sent two guys who made the two repairs we requested within the purchased time frame. No complaints. The guys were professional and courteous, the repairs look great, and they left the work areas clean and free of debris. Perfect experience.

The provider was on time and professional. Work areas were covered. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Provider offered to vacuum areas where there was drywall dust. I told provider I would take care of vacuuming.

Prompt, courteous, friendly professional - went right to work and completed work in good time, did a great job.

It can't be easy to paint a whole house and replace all the base boards while the family still lives there, but Jon and his crew did it gracefully every day. He and the guys showed up every morning at 7. They would start with moving the furniture aside and covering it with clean tarps. They always had a good feel for how far they would get that day, so they wouldn't wrap too much furniture up. We never came home to a house that was still wrapped in sheets. Speaking of coming home. Half an hour before day's end they would clean up their tools and vacuum the floors so the house never got "out of control" dirty. To make a long story short: awesome experience. I would refer Pearl Painting to anyone.

Mark and his assistant were couteous, on time, and very efficient. I would definitely hire them again. Excellent work. They knew what they were doing and went right to work. A week later the same offer came up on Angie's list for $50 less. So check out the prices. Thank you Pearl Painting!

Bought a 'Big Deal' for 2 painters for a day.  The painters were really nice, easy going, efficient and did good work.  Luckily I had just painted a good portion of the inside of my house myself so I knew the drill.  You're pretty much on your own to buy the paint and figure out how much you need. Nice discount at Dunn Edwards.

The service was excellent. The guys worked well as a pair. It was Mark and Alistar. I basically had them doing what I call damage control. It was part of the ceiling that had been painted a darker color and the color looked like mustard. They took 4 hours but they did a very good job. The only thing that I did was to buy the paint. They used the roller first, and then I asked them to feather it out, which they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I had to.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they did. They were very polite and very thorough. They came out and covered all the furniture and laid heavy canvas down. They were very careful.

Positive - called me back right away and scheduled us.  Negatives - smelled like cigarette smoke; sloppy on the baseboard painting; poor attention to detail.  Got a small amount of paint on our tile and brand new leather sofa; which did not come off our sofa.   Main owner left our house without any explanation for several hours and left someone else here who does not "paint" for a living - just someone helping him out for the day.  Gave us the reason for the sloppy baseboard paint was that our house was not built correctly!  Have lived here for 16 years and previous painters gotten it right.  The detail is just not there and I would not recommend nor will we be using them again.

very friendly and cordial. Great experience start to finish for us. If I had more painting needed I would hire these dudes for the right price in a second.

Wow!  What a professional team of painters.
I was pretty worried about having my house painted by someone I don't know.  I am a single female and I often feel that I am not treated well when I have work done to my car or to my house.  I usually feel that I am price-gouged too.  This was not at all the case with Pearl Painting.  What a relief!
I felt that I was treated properly and with respect.  I felt comfortable having the crew working inside and outside the house. They were also very careful with my patio furnishing items and all of my personal property. 
Their work was of the highest quality.  I did not see any flaws in their work whatsoever.  When they left, I did not see a stray drop of paint anywhere.  I was pleasantly surprised. 
Jonathan is very experienced.  He was on-site to make sure that everything was perfect.  He is easy to work with and he is very professional and polite. 
 I could not ask for better service or a better result.  I would not hesitate to recommend Pearl Painting.
