The plumber came on time, and had the spigot moved in less than an hour. The job looked good. He put all new copper piping on the existing line and a new spout. We were very pleased with his work.

This happened late on Friday afternoon and so we decided to wait until Monday to call a plumber (knowing that there would be extra charges for the emergency call). We called Monday morning and they sent a plumber over that very afternoon. It was Scott Jr. and another gentlemen who was working as an apprentice. They were both very professional and Scott Jr. explained to me exactly what the problem was and that he could fix it right away. He did have to go get a part, but he came back within a few minutes and fixed it. Now my shower works fine and I got to turn my water back on. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

Scott returned our call the next business day and came out the same day to do the work. He explained how the sewer ejector works and what to expect regarding future maintenance and repairs. By the time he completed the work outside, his son had already taken care of our shower. Work was completed efficiently at a very reasonable price. We will definitely call on Scott for any future plumbing repairs.

An employee from my private water company rang my doorbell and told me I had a leak at the street, I was losing about 1 gallon of water per minute, and he suggested shutting off all water to the house as I had flooded the street and was losing too much water. My husband was out of town and wasn't coming back until later that afternoon. He called 3 companies whose ads stated they were 24/7 emergency companies. Only one company called him back (promptly!), and that was Kwik as a Wink!



The crew was out there until it was dark outside, trying to work with lights. We were promised a temporary fix was done to slow the water leak, and they would be back out Monday am to fix it. They did just that. They fixed everything, were professional, respectful of our property, cleaned up the mess, replanted a cactus they had to re-move to get to the area that needed work, and there were no ugly surprises with the bill. Everything they did was spelled out, included the price for each part of the job, and we were more than pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the work was - especially since this was a Sunday emergency call at 4:30 pm., and they came back out Monday to finish it.



We will never use another plumbing company, and have referred them to my elderly parents, who have utilized Scott's services already.

Professional all the way! They came when promised, worked hard the entire time and left my house clean and dust free. The owner was there, working and supervising the project and made sure I was completely happy before he left. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.
