Alterations/Sewing/Decorating
When I went in to drop off the pants I was attended very quickly by a woman (I think she said her name is Jackie, but it's been a while and I'm forgetting). She had me go into a changing room to put on the pants, and brought me out to a little area to stand on in front of a mirror. She folded up the leg, asked me if it looks like about what I want and pinned it two times. She had me look in the mirror to verify, and that was it! She was very kind and funny, and the work was done within a couple of days. I know they offer an expedited service, which I've used in the past for a couple bucks extra.
