THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND QUICK TO FIX REPAIRS. THEY ARE VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN AND CANNOT FIX AND WILL REFER YOU TO GOOD PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP YOU IF THEY CANNOT. MY REFRIGERATOR HAS LASTED LONGER THAN EXPECTED THANKS TO SIMPLE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PM ENTERPRISE.

VERY PLEASED WITH PROMPT RESPONSE SINCE IT WAS 110 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND IT WAS UNBEARABLE TO BE IN THE HOUSE. MADE IT A PRIORITY TO GET A/C WORKING ASAP. RETURNED CALLS AND WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

HE WAS VERY THOROUGH. GAVE US GOOD, SOUND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPAIR. MOST OF THE SUGGESTIONS WERE THINGS WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF ON OUR OWN WITHOUT SPENDING EXTRA MONEY. HE DID THE RECOMMENDATIONS WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATIONS OF DOING THE REPAIRS HIMSELF.
