Excellent. The owner, Pete Santiago, handled details ahead of time by phone and email. All questions were answered prior to his visit and verified in writing. The entire process was completed in a highly professional manner with the utmost regard to the security of my property. This company also handles periodic inspections of properties that are vacant. They are bonded and members of a professional association. I was very pleased with the punctuality and demeanor of this company as they worked with the technician. I would certainly use them again for any of the services spelled out on their website.
