Basic AC check-up and maintenance call. We signed up for an Annual Maintenance agreement (Gold Club) and they performed semi-annual service and maintenance. We kept for about 18 months.
Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians and staff. However, it seemed that they were always trying to sell us on a major overhaul, a newer system, or some other major repair work, but also indicted that the system was operating within expected range for its age (7 years). We probably do need to replace some components, but we didn't like the hard sell approach for all of these very expensive and quot;repairs.and quot; Ultimately, we canceled our yearly agreement and sought another firm for service, due to the selling tactics.

A couple days ago my a/c stopped working so I called climate care pro so check it out. They came with in the hour and told me the motor went out and I had to replace it. The service guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me a good price for the parts we needed and didn't even charge me for the service charge or labor which would have been an extra $150.00. He was pretty quick getting the parts and installing them. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Crew arrived by 5:30 am as promised, quickly removed our 20 year old HVA/C units and by noon had the new system up and running. Temp inside house dropped from 95 to a comfortable 80 within a couple of hours. The two man team was the owner Bartosh Wojtaszyk (Bart) and his helper, Greg and they were quick, clean and professional. The price they originally quoted was what we paid although there was somewhat more work involved in repositioning an inside drainage pipe. There was a $500 off coupon available on their website for installation as well as a 10% senior discount on the original service call we applied to the final bill. They install Westinghouse, Carrier, Trane, York but don't seem to "push" any particular brand, rather help us determine the most efficient and cost effective system for our home. Bart advised me how to obtain the electric co.rebate as well as the Federal Tax Credit for our new, more energy efficient system.
