CLEARVIEW WINDOW CLEANING

Over the course of 6 weeks, they failed to show up for scheduled appointments numerous times, usually stating a conflict with another job, and only partially completed the job. There were streaks and rag marks on the windows that were allegedly cleaned. The window sills and door tracks were never touched. Julie explained that she and Stan are looking into another business opportunity other than window cleaning. From our experience, it seems that their focus is elsewhere.

I had scheduled cleaning of my interior and exterior windows with Clearview Window Cleaning (having used them one time previously) for Feb 2008. The office person called the day before the scheduled Friday cleaning to ask if I wanted to reschedule: rain was possible over the weekend and they thought I might want to wait so as not to spoil the newly cleaned exterior windows. I was impressed that they went out of their way to check this out with me! The owner, Stan Brocksen came to do the cleaning on the rescheduled day and did a very thorough job. There were no drips on the floor or sills, and all the windows were bright & shining. All furniture and blinds that needed to be moved in order to access the windows were put back in their original positions. I mentioned when I called to schedule the appointment that they had done my windows 15 months earlier for $150. They charged me the same amount this time.
