 + -1 moreIt was perfection. Not only did the crew complete the job 3 days ahead of schedule .. but they did it on budget. They fought high temperatures and cramped spaces. When the faced the unpredictable problem (e.g. floor trim buried in saltillo tile grout .. they fixed it). They worked like an artisan when carving the log siding around the vega ceiling logs. He was very reasonably priced (albeit not the cheapest) and very responsive to our every request. We will be using Choice as we continue our remodeling efforts!
Description of Work: Remodel of 1800 square foot condominium. Project included putting log siding on the interior of the 2nd floor unit that had 20 foot high ceilings. Craig and his team recommended materials and added new electrical outlets as needed.

 + 0 moreAnother Angie's list contractor was selected for the projects, but it was an extremely hard decision because Choice Property Construction & Remodel was very professional as well. We would certainly consider using them in the future and recommending them to others looking for a professional licensed contractor.
Description of Work: Craig was extremely responsive and professional. He came to quote for multiple bathroom related projects. He detailed how services would be performed, gave insightful ideas on best products and design and was very detailed in his quote. He provided the quote in a timely manner exactly as he said he would. His pricing was reasonable. He certainly seemed like someone who is highly skilled and whose company would do a fantastic job.

 + -1 moreOn short notice of three days Choice Property Construction took down the itemss the day before the move and reinstalled them in the new apartment. Although late in the afternoon, they arrived earlier than previously planned, found the apartment even with my poor directions. The two and quot;handymenand quot; assessed the job and got to work. They had a very long day and we were the last stop for their day yet they were efficient, neat, clean, and thorough. The company and quot;ownerand quot; showed up supervised/helped out then left the guys to finish up. I am very satisfied with the work and would use them again.
Description of Work: Choice Property Construction took down two "blockout" blinds, two window valances, two large metal art wall hangings, one mirror, and one painting - reinstalled the said pieces in another apartment in the same retirement complex.
