This was in 3 stages, as initial wiring & light fixture boxes, A/C shutoff boxes were placed after walls were reconfigured prior to new plaster walls being hung. As we stayed in the home during the remodel rooms not being worked on were not affected by the crews. This occurred in beginning of July. This then had to pass Scottsdale City Inspection - no issue.
They came back the day the A/C units were moved to their new location so we did not skip a beat cooling our home as this part occurred in August.
They then came back two weeks later and installed outlets and can lighting so we had light and power prior to cabinets going in after new drywall was hung and texturing applied.
After new cabinets went in they came back and installed under counter LED lighting and upper In-cabinet lighting and dining room chandelier, and new exterior lighting. Final city inspection found no issues and all lighting & outlets are working great.
All scheduling was done a week or two out and they showed when they said they would be here and completed the tasks at hand for that segment of the remodel. They even did a rush on one occasion as I was going out of town and had to have the work completed prior to leaving.
Crew cleaned up after each visit and were one of my wife's favorite contractors on the job.
