We have been happily using Dee's services since 2012. She's wonderful. Very professional, thorough. Has discovered unexpected bug issue with a piece of furniture, is alert to termite tubes, checks irrigation systems is plants struggling, alerts us to any water or electrical issues so they can be addressed quickly. When able, she has attended at the house for tradespeople to come in our absence. Fabulous service! Price is very reasonable for the great service provided. Highly recommend.

Arizona Home Watch has been keeping an eye on our home in Fountain Hills, Arizona for over a year. Dee is highly professional and NEVER fails to inspect our property carefully, and on schedule. Dee doesn't send "an employee" to perform these inspections, she does them herself. She emails us a detailed list of inspected items after each inspection, and contacts us immediately by telephone if she finds anything of concern. They are fabulous. We deal with Dee specifically. She is very accommodating and keeps us up to date and sends up reports after every time she is there. We are a long, long ways away in Canada so we really appreciate having a set of eyes there. It's really nice to have someone we can trust.
