JENNER'S COMPLETE HOME FRNSHNG

Do not buy from this company. I bought two new reclining chairs in November. I received them before Christmas as planned. They are England company chairs which is a subsidairy of Lazyboy chairs. The chairs are nice however they did not come with the arm or head covers. I telephoned Jenner's Furniture and the owner Ron answered the phone. He first denied that England chairs were lazy boy company then when I requested to order the covers he said they did not sell them. I then requested to buy the fabric and he placed me on hold and came back and told me the fabric was $37.00 a yard. I asked him if he could discount it for me since I had spent so much on the chairs.He rudely said " I suppose you want me to scotch guard if for you too, well lady that isn't going to happen." I told him I could not believe he was being so rude to me after I spent so much money in his store. He told me not to ever come in his store agian. I was appalled at being treated so badly. They sure were anxious to take my money. I called England Furniture company and they sent me a yard of fabric at not cost and told me if the owner of the furniture store had called they would have sent it to him for free as well.
