ANGIE'S LIST'S FORM DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SUBMIT THIS REPORT WITHOUT NOTING SOME DOLLAR AMOUNT WE WERE CHARGED. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY DID NOT ACTUALLY CHARGE MY RELATIVE ANYTHING.IT WAS OBVIOUS SHE IS ON A RETIREMENT INCOME AND THEY KNEW THE OTHER COMPANY HAD ALREADY CHARGED A SERVICE CALL FOR THE MIS-DIAGNOSIS THAT LED TO THIS ESTIMATE REQUEST WHICH ACTUALLY RESULTED IN A REPAIR. I THOUGHT THIS WAS VERY COMMENDABLE AND GENEROUS OF SERVICE REQUEST AND CLEARLY REFLECTIVE OF THE SERVICE STANDARD THEY WERE HONORED BY THE BBB FOR.
