I hired the professional cleaners for a move out clean in order to sell the house. Maybe my expectations were too high but after they were done I needed to vacuum everything again. I do have dogs that shed which doesn't help. However, the windows and blinds were not adequately cleaned or dusted. I gave them the overall square footage for my house which included a finished basement when establishing a price but they did not clean the basement at first. When asked they had to call their manager and see if it was ok. Then they cleaned? an 800 square foot basement in about 5 minutes. They barely vacuumed, and nothing was dusted. Additionally they had to reschedule my original appointment because someone got sick. I understand things happen and people get sick but I was sent a text message at 10:23pm saying they wouldn't be there the following morning because someone was sick that day. If they were sick that day wouldn't they have know earlier then 10:23pm to let me know? Overall I was not satisfied and needed to clean more to get my house ready to show for selling.

Disappointed in that I requested and paid for a deep cleaning but seemed to obtain a maintenance cleaning

They responded quickly and I could set up an appointment for the following week.

Keirah was very professional and they did an excellent job! She was able to come do a deep clean with no notice - she fit us in the next day on a Sunday! She did a very thorough job and brought along another cleaner to get the job done. They really took their time and did a fantastic job! They even cleaned my windows and blinds ($50 extra per floor but totally worth it)! I would definitely recommend this company and have already set up monthly service with them.
