Tommy was responsive, arrived on time, finished on time, documented the work done and explained everything clearly. He also saved me from a $16k re-coat that a different contractor insisted was necessary. Tommy's opinion was confirmed by a third contractor, but I hired Tommy because I just knew he was going to do what he said he would.

They did a great job! They came the same day to do pricing, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in less time than expected. They service all of Arizona from what I can tell. Another group said I needed a full new roof, but Shields said they would be able to fix what was there. It was priced reasonably as well. Got a 10yr warranty on their fixed work. Very easy to work with! The only gotcha was that they are not set up to accept cards. Just be aware of that.
