I am very pleased with the service. I rarely see any insects. There was a cricket problem when I originally bought the home. The crickets are gone. Prior to their service I would find a dead scorpion every few months in the home. This stopped when the cricket population was eliminated. I don't get any crickets any more, and hence, no more scorpions.
I do my own internal spraying inside the home on an as needed basis. This is not very often, as I'm not getting any bugs inside anymore.
I would highly recommend KAT's service to anyone.
